Certified by the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations for the Demolition of Buildings or Structures D1 (Unrestricted Height), Townsville Asbestos Pty Ltd meets all legislative requirements for the compliant Mechanical or Manual methods of demolition.

Mechanical Demolition – is the use of equipment such as excavators, cranes, backhoes, etc, to demolish structures.

Manual Demolition – is the use of hand tools such as picks, sledgehammers, jackhammers, etc, to demolish structures.

All demolition works must be supervised by a competent person, who holds a certificate 30765QLD Course in Demolition Theory and Application, as required by the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations.
